My name is Adrian Pringle, I am 47 yrs old and simply LOVE DOGS & CATS, along with all other animals.

I moved from the UK over 7 yrs ago on business in the aerospace industry and where I still am working today with a 8-5pm job which requires a massive amount of overtime ☹.
Living in the UK I never saw a stray dog but since the moment I stepped into Thailand all I see is stray dog’s, everywhere, no matter where I go which saddens me so much. I said to myself I really need to help where I can and started feeding dogs outside 7-11’s/family marts and all other shops I went to and dogs on my estate where I live.

It all really hit home approx. 3yrs ago now when I came across an extremely emaciated female and male stray in an area called khamikeow during a bike ride, in the middle of nowhere, on a desolate road. I could not pass and not try to help, so went to the nearest shop I could find and bought as much food with the money I had and cycled back to feed them. At this point I found them now in a small house set back off the road and noticed there were also 6 puppies.

I therefore contacted a friend of mine, Falko Duwe, and we had the puppies and both female/male vaccinated and spayed. I proceeded to go to the house every week with a weeks’ worth of food for them all including 10Kg dry and cans of meet for 2 years to feed them and educate the house owners to feed the dogs more frequently. To my joy all the puppies grew up healthily and the male and female look totally different dog’s.

Today I still feed/look after, when I can, due to my workload approx. 15 dogs and feed them medication when they are ill for example treatment for mange etc. Looking after dog’s and doing all I can to help them, showing them love & attention gives me a great sense of feeling & happiness. Dog’s are man’s best friend there Is no denying that!!. You give these animals 2 minutes love care and attention and they will show you a lifetime back

There are many beautiful places that are helping stray dog’s all over Thailand, and the closest to me being the angel known by his earth name; Falko Duwe who has a dog home at Takhiantia Shelter in Ban Amphur area. I am on facebook and follow organizations such as; “sound of animals”, who are also fighting to stop the dog meat trade in cambodia/ “the man who rescues dogs”; “soi dogs” and many others please check these out and if you can donate to help them.

All I post are things about dogs and animals who are in need, and the people doing the great work to try and give awareness to as many people as I can. These beautiful animals need help and the only people who can help is us.
