UOB Car2Cash is a car title loan for individuals who own a free from any encumbrances. The vehicle and its registration book are used as collateral. The borrower must surrender the vehicle registration book to the bank. The borrower retains ownership and can use the vehicle as normal. The bank will return the registration book to the borrower upon full repayment of all outstanding installments and charges as stipulated in the contract.
